Nice setting (I often go down to Hotel Île Rousse. But the gourmet restaurant Les Oliviers, as well as the other 2 restaurant, on the seaside, is open to the public. If you don't live at the hotel, I suggest you arrive around 19:30 20 H, to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Very pro pesonnel very smiling, like the inhabitants of Bandol (I love their little accent Marseillais : . And to finish, the Master's finger, not to say the Chief: Up... I knew Rousse Island before after the change. Change is better... First, the place is beautiful! We feel like eating on the water... an idyllic frame! For the meal, the pictures will talk about themselves. It was succulent! We took the 6-course menu, from the entrance to the dessert we did not see the time to pass and we had a great time to taste these dishes. Huge staff for the service that do very good work! I highly recommend! Ps: The map with prices only given to Sir, (we were 2 women and 1 man at table) good at our time anyway...!
Un voyage à ne pas manquer…! Le chef vous offre une expérience remarquable, parfaitement supporté par l’équipe de salle. Les plats sont exquis, beaux et inventifs. Nous avons savouré chacune des étapes avec le même plaisir, une réussite absolue ! Certainement l’un des meilleurs “1 étoile” qu’ils nous ait été donné d’essayer ces dernières années. Bravo !
I ate a great menu that has eight acts. I’m happy overall. The products are of quality. The service is perfect but the time between the acts is too long and the presentation is really to review, ratio quality average price.

Excellent restaurant. Fine dishes with taste. Very good flavors. We have a very good time! Attention all times to the service which, at this price, made a few small mistakes ( forget a glass of wine and lack of bread).
Excellent on all views of the dishes, the service and the superb view) I recommend going for 20h to enjoy the dazzling sunset. Ideal and romantic place, I will come back with great pleasure!
