opened on Monday evening, we were well received and the meal was a real treat. a small mouthful that gives us a taste of the rest!! (small soup of fish and pie confit of onions) very good! the entrance was excellent based on gambas of brigs leaves, then my husband took some beef that was also very good, and I of the garlic scrub, to fall with a little purée of beets and other accompaniments, delicious!!!!! a burnt cream house to fall!!!
