I had a nice double room for single use for €65 with pretty good bed and ok bathroom staff was very friendly, but eating was terrible menu de jour: first plate of tomaten and mozarella just came out of the microwave and so it tasted. no season. what a pity second dish I refused to eat: precooked spaghetti reheated (and well done in this case w/o each seasonal came together with boiled tod romanesco and three chorizo I refused to eat because that was not french cusine, but sick house cusine. after a discussion I went for a burger torch would have been in order if the bungalow had roasted and not all the other ingredients except the meat would have come directly from the refrigerator (hint: it...
Here are 2 years we come for the Aurillac festival, the hotel is friendly and not far by car from the festival (10 min). The staff is warm and listening. On the other hand, we have suffered enormous heat. That there is no air conditioning I can understand, but at least air brewers or extra fans, especially when a particle is announced! Even by opening the windows the heat did not leave the room, an oven... and added the noise of the road... We slept very badly... occulting curtains would also be appreciable. Fortunately, there's the pool and a small garden in the shade to cool off.
we had a simple dinner here, because the place where we had planned a visit was closed. but we were not disappointed with the second best to follow a simple menu of salad or charcoal, steak with sauce or grilled pork and then a apricot tea or crème...caramel. everything was fresh and well cooked, and served with a smile at a place much more frequently used by business travelers than tourist. good value, including a pichet local wine.
