I leave very rare reviews, but I feel compelled to share some feedback on this occasion. The view is excellent and the service is polite and professional, but the food is good under par. The Poulet de Bresse was extremely rubbery (significantly overcooked) and the sauce tasteless and much too liquid. Absolute amateur lesson. The appetizers were best forgettable and only a desert (the olive oil ice cream pan) really stood out of 6 dishes. I would strongly recommend you to avoid this restaurant, there are many phenomenal facilities in the Luberon and this is nothing short of a shame of eating wise (la Table du Mas is a 20 minute drive and I can assure you that you leave this restaurant with me...
The location is beautiful and the service professional. However, food is below average and very overpriced. I almost returned my entire main course (Squid) and told the waitress that there was too much vinegar in the plate. She took it back, but I was not offered an alternative or any form of “cost”. We were fully charged, even for the bad main course. There are too many excellent restaurants in the region to choose this restaurant again.
An exceptional place in the heart of vineyards and lavender. An irreproachable service and quality dishes. A very original dessert menu, all accompanied with the wines of the estate. An exceptional setting, service made in the rules of art however a real flat kitchen. We ate at four o'clock, a very simple meal, without great interest not to justify the rates. To avoid.
A unique setting in the vineyards, excellent for roasting, young and dynamic team. Too bad we had to book at 7:00, a little early.
