Minced rather than chopped, so hugely better than the...recent fashion for dicing the steak into chewy little squares. Here, apart from an initial seasoning with salt, pepper and capers, and an egg yolk in a small dish, all the ingredients are given to you in a small basket so that you can adjust the taste for yourself. Went this evening to this restaurant in Pont L'abbe. The restaurant had a cosy atmosphere with a mish mash of furniture, the staff a young man and young girl friendly helped us through some of the menu choices. It didn't matter that we were not...fluent in French. My husband had the biggest steak I have seen for a long time which was cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were huge, for the starter main and desert. If you get a chance to go then please go you will not be disappointed.
We have spent very pleasant moments both by the restaurant and the dishes served. I still remember fresh flavors and worked without distorting the product, we feel all the know-how in the kitchen! we have nothing to say about the reception and service, not too much waiting in general (except on the evening of the valentine but there were crowds). the only small flat is the price, which I find a little high, but I relativize because the plates served are really delicious! Thank you!
one or two suggestions each noon in addition to a short menu and a kitchen based on fresh products. be it from the cod with coconuts of paimpol, pintade or a duck parmenter, tastes are fair, scented sauces and satisfactorily quantities. staff are smiling, friendly and effective. Just pay attention to the use of the micro waves that dries the food a little. Thank you and continue this way.

an original concept: you go home to a wine merchant, and when you choose your bottle, you pass in the room next to you to get at the table: a very reasonable cap right, and a family kitchen, made here with talent. In the end, a beautiful culinary experience, served by professional and friendly people, at all a content price, especially if you love wine!What a beautiful evening!
All right, the kitchen is always good even if it doesn't renew!!But we miss thomas!! We would never have waited 40 minutes before the service realized that we were there!No cheese in the summer?!! It's the first time we hear this!!Well, maybe we'll go back to it more.
