The restaurant could be easily missed as it is just tucked away in a nondescript building across from the NH Zürich hotel. The restaurant is very nice. Service is so far above what is normal on Europe. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The menu is not large but the items they serve are top notch. We ordered the Horse steak. Most Americans do not eat horse meat.( for many people, horses are pets.) After reading several reviews, we thought why not? I can tell you it was AMAZING! Wow! It was so tasty. I happened to visit this restaurant since i had my stay in the nh hotel which is right infront of the restaurant.me and my swiss friend loved the food so much that we chose the hotel for our every meal together for three consecutive days.I loved the food especially the penne al arabiata its been four months still i havent gotten over that taste.I would recommend levante restaurant to everyone staying in glatbrugg or even kloten.
Der Service war sehr gut. Das Essen war ein Glücksfall. Gegrillte Garnelen waren ziemlich gut mit schönem gegrilltem Gemüse. Der Krabbencocktail war ungewöhnlich (kleine Garnelen mit Soße vermischt). Die Preise waren für Zürcher Verhältnisse angemessen.
Ich übernachte in einem nahegelegenen Hotel, gehe aber immer gerne raus. Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen war gut, aber der Service war etwas langsam und ich hatte auf ein zweites Bier gehofft, aber niemand kam. Aber ich würde zurückgehen.

Unassuming from the outside. Initially thought it may be closed. We were warmly greeted and welcomed by the hostess. Meal was great, the pizza were thin based and crispy. Service relaxed, but attentive.
It's not just the 5 star perfect menu (we had steak on a hot stone and pizza) that makes this place memorable. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff will make you definitely want to come back again.
My first ever experience eating horse meat. Surprisingly tender and good. It was served on a hot stone so you decide how well you want the meat to be. Service is a tad slow though.
I had the veal with mushrooms, she the raclete, both excellent . Great service. House white wine was a very nice light swiss wine, house red was a malbec, also good.

I believe the food served was of average quality, with little features and benefits. Tatar and a Schnitzel will set you back 58 CHF. That is very expensive.
I only had a few beers and pizza although both served with a friendly face and efficient service prompt just what to expect in Zurich.
