The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. We arrived at 5:45 without a reservation (even though we had left a voicemail requesting one) and were told there was only one table available, which we had to vacate by 7:15. Despite there being numerous open tables, the service felt rushed. At 6:30, as they hastily cleared our table, the waitress dropped a knife on my mom's lap, staining her pants with tomato sauce. There was no real apology, and she brought the bill over just 5 seconds later. It was completely rude and irresponsible – someone could have been seriously injured. This was by far the worst service we have ever experienced.
We walked into this restaurant on Tuesday July 18, 2023, looking forward to a great meal. What we received was major attitude from the owner who could not even speak Greek. They refused to serve us as the last serving was at 8:00 PM.He would not even entertain serving mezze!What an incredible disappointmentWhere has service gone?
This restaurant is absolutely amazing and the food is incredibly fresh. It reminded me of the delicious fresh fruit I had in Greece. I would give them six stars if I could! High praise for Sevasmos.
