Very good experience for my companion and I, we wanted to be happy and we each took the tasting menu with 7 dishes/services (in fact 8 with a bonus dessert. Each dish was a delight, with high quality products. A big thank you to the waitress who was really pleasant and professional, and who was able to explain the dishes in French and English for my companion. We also took the wine tasting in accompaniment, which were also excellent, but perhaps 5 glasses are a little too much for the whole menu, a base of 3 or 4 glasses would have been enough according to me, but we're not going to complain about it either: a real quality restaurant !
The quality of products is excellent, cooking and presentation of successful dishes, the cuisine between tradition and innovation. The frame is modern but warm and the distances between the very appreciable tables.A small flat: an explanation of each dish at the time of service would be welcome.I really recommend, a refined surprise in the middle of the mountain.
Kitchen elaborate and interesting. However, an experience with a mixed service: the dishes were deposited with us without any explanation, by a cold leader and little concerned. Not in the standards of a restaurant at this price. Too bad
