We won’t be back… we went last year while in town and the food took an hour to come out. We actually had to ask the server if he forgot to ring it in, he checked and apparently something happened to our order. He comped our meals and we paid for drinks, he also gave us $10 in “lighthouse bistro cash.”We were back again yesterday to give it a second chance… the lady serving us was kind and pleasant. It was the experience of paying that turned us off from going back… we presented the $10 lighthouse bistro cash and the server went to see her supervisor about how to process. The blonde supervisor came over stating that they no longer accept the bistro cash and hadn’t for over 2 years, I advised...
This location is unique for a variety of reasons. I'll start with the view of the water; it's fantastic! The service was excellent, kind, and professional. The cocktail menu will not disappoint, and the wine list is outstanding.We went there with a few friends, and we all liked our appetizers and entrées, which were delicious!
First time ordering her since moving to British Columbia and was not disappointed. Home made food was delicious. Ordered shrimp fettuccine, Cesar salad w/ crispy chicken, roast beef dip w/gravy and deluxe burger w/gravy. There was very satisfied and looking forward to the next time we order here. Staff was very friendly.
This is how you do a diner properly. Everything on the menu here is delicious. Prices are great. Staff is friendly and attentive. Portions are huge. It's the perfect diner! We missed them so much when they moved out of Parkdale but the new spot is just as good. We'll be back for sure.
