The food was really good. Beautiful restaurant off the beaten path and hustle of downtown. The shrimp and grits were full of flavor. The grilled shrimp were cooked perfectly and good size too. The black beans and rice was a great combo with the grits. Even got the beignet bread pudding with dipping sauce was really good. Had a nice moist inner with a crispy coating. Definitely stopping back in next trip. Tonight was 12oz Ribeye for $24. Smelled so good but was craving shrimp and grits. for lunch. the service was a little slow, but eating was very good. I had the corn cat and was really good. my man had the rubber bag and it was good. I had the narrow pasta with chicken broccoli and it was delicious. my man had the pap doc pasta and it was extremely good. in any case, one has to go back.
