Beautiful location, inspired architecture, decor and fittings. The staff were efficient and pleasant, but unable to cope with the fact that, when asked, I commented that both the soup and the veal burger were totally lacking in seasoning and taste. The waiter looked startled and I believe would have been unable to tell the chef! The toilet facility was brilliant. The price was reasonable. The main feature was the views which were stunning and wonderfully reflected in the mirrored walls. Worth a visit just for that.
Ich habe dieses Restaurant geliebt, es bietet gutes Essen, wunderschön präsentiertes Essen in einer schönen Atmosphäre, überall indigoblaue Glaswaren verteilt! Im Winter in der Nähe eines schönen zugefrorenen Sees, also mit herrlicher Aussicht. Wir hatten Brathähnchen mit speziellen Ofenkartoffeln in Käsesauce mit gebratenem Salat und Pastinaken, es war so lecker!
Outstanding service, excellent food - with a great quality price ratio, especially for Switzerland. One of the best restos in entire Crans Montana domain. Had the menu which was delicious. Kiddy menu was delicious as well and fussy 3 year old ate it all. Will definitely return
Ich hatte ein schönes Mittagessen in diesem Restaurant. Die Pasta war so lecker - frisch und perfekt zubereitet. Ich fand den Spargel zu teuer - für 19 CHF und nur ein paar Stücke. Der Nachtisch war unglaublich!
