This summer, I've been turned away three times before 8:00 PM while trying to order a cheeseburger and fries, including today, September 22nd. The restaurant doesn't operate like a proper business; the teenagers working there seem to get bored and close up shop consistently an hour to an hour and a half early. Management really needs to decide whether this is a business or just a hobby. It's a shame because the food is fantastic. However, it's the little things that seem to be hurting the owner's profit margins. I won’t be attempting to eat there again before 7 PM, as it feels like a gamble whether they’ll actually be open. I've had enough.
The restaurant offers fast food at standard dining prices. My burger was incredibly overcooked, practically resembling beef jerky on a bun. I ordered a doggy sundae for my dog, which turned out to be just vanilla ice cream. When I inquired about the dog bone toppings that were advertised, the staff said they weren’t included, despite their sign clearly stating that they would be. However, the chicken tenders were decent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Service was for takeout.
They do really nice job here, the food is good, the ice cream is good, they have plenty of picnic tables if you want to just chill with your food or ice cream. The fish fry is particularly good! While the fish fry was served piping hot (which is a plus), it had a strange, almost chemical taste when it was fresh out. The onion rings were decent, though they are pricey—as is the case everywhere these days. Honestly, I'd rather stay home and enjoy a frozen pizza. If you're allergic to bees, I strongly recommend that you stay away from this place.
The food here is fresh, and the ice cream is delicious. The staff is friendly, making this place truly stand out in the area. I haven’t come across any other restaurant that offers the same experience. Everything tastes fresh rather than frozen. It's definitely a local favorite!
The fish and shrimp and onion rings were great. Wish they had an option to add on items but not at the full price. The fruit punch wat watery so I'll know not to get that again. The local cat is cute.

The food is tasty, assuming you can actually get it. The service, however, feels like what you'd expect when kids are in charge of a business.
