I wanted to Give a compliment to the staff particularly the cashier in the front. I don’t know his name but me and my wife went there on Thursday, March 6 around 7 o’clock. I would like for upper management to at least give him some recognition to his hard work that Worker is an asset to the company. The area of that location is not the best, but his attitude was very, very welcoming and pleasant. I would say the whole staff is from seeing the other two workers in the back they seem very professional. Their evening manager has horrible customer service , beyond ignorant she didn’t want to take my order because I asked her why is she using a calculator to take my total instead of the register? I don’t think there was anything wrong with my question. But I surly didn’t appreciate that at all especially for that being my first time going there I definitely won’t be back . Corporate should be more careful with who they decide to bring on their team . I’m very disappointed and concerned with that woman management skills . That is an easy way to lose out on money . That woman doesn’t deserve to be apart of that establishment .
I had a disappointing experience with the evening manager at this restaurant. I won’t be returning, as I believe corporate should be more selective when hiring staff. I'm really disappointed by her management skills and believe that behavior could drive customers away. The food is not good here at all. We found hair all in the sauce under the cheese when we got home. My sister ordered from the same place through uber and had hair in hers as well. The cashier are so nice and friendly all of the time. But to be honest that was the first bad experience we had there. Every other time the food was okay. The food was perfectly presented and well cooked, the service was amazing, but the atmosphere is out of control. As soon as you approach this establishment, you will be met with a small beggar in both directions, it is annoying, but there is nothing that can really be done!
The prices weren't impressive, and the service has declined since they increased the rates. It was very slow, despite there not being a long wait. There were also technical issues with the registration system, which made for a disappointing experience overall.
I ordered two cakes that were supposed to be hot and ready, but they arrived ice cold. I also got the crazy bread with marinara sauce, but the sauce was literally frozen. On top of that, the cookie brownie I received was completely raw.
If I ask for something I don?t mind to pay more but they act like they do whatever they want. I ask for extra but they said you didn?t pay for extra is because you have to do it and I ask for juice they gave me anything.

The pizza was absolutely delicious! I really appreciated the quality and freshness of the food. However, they could improve by being a bit friendlier towards their customers.
So far I’ve never had an issue with pickup orders or the service. They’re quick and close by. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5
