Placed an order using TMobile promo code and when I went to pick it up... (ordered 2 different orders) lady at the reception saying, someone already picked up my orders with the code that I can only have. Worst experience ND would strongly recommend to place your order just to hear someone picked up your order. Moreover, she was really bad in handling customers. Looks to be a fraud type of a store... Called customer care and could report my case only after over an hour waiting.. customer care confirmed someone from the store will call me to get more details but with no joy and no call.
I found the Fanceroni pizza overcooked and with less pepperoni than the classic version I ordered. The breadsticks were also overcooked, and one of them was only about 2 inches long. The only decent pizza out of the three I ordered was the extra best cheese. While I didn't expect much from Little Caesars, I would appreciate it if they could at least show some professionalism and take pride in their work. Cooking and presenting food well should be a basic priority.

Just ordered pizza online at 6:40 and pick up time should be ready 7:03-7:08. And it not ready!!! Look they making pizza but not our order. They told me that we printed you ticket but for some reason we did not cook it. It?s ridiculous. Besides that while I was waiting I saw they kitchen is super dirty, they don?t use gloves and and they touching their phones and dirty stuff. I canceled my order and if you guys loves yourself don?t buy pizza there!

I get that it's a Friday night, during Lent, and it's the busy time. However, if you have a customer who tells you that they have an Autistic child who will not eat the pizza because you burnt it, then you need to replace the pizza. This is now the second time that this location has done this, and sadly this is the only pizza place my son will eat. I can guarantee that this location has lost our weekly business. Absolutely disgusted with them.
It's a Little Caesars, so don't expect top-quality pizza. My main issue with this location is that their prices are higher than those at other Little Caesars locations. While I understand that inflation has caused prices to rise, this particular branch seems to have increased its prices more than any others. I should also mention that it appears this location may have changed ownership or something similar last year.
Horrible service!!! Would give 0 stars! The place is like 90 square feet and they let 17 people waiting for their orders inside. (I don't think the capacity of this place is more than 4 people) I was told the waiting time for my order will be 10 minutes. Waited 35 minutes instead! Horrible!!!
David was outstanding today! He assisted me with my order and made the entire process seamless. Furthermore, he was both professional and friendly. He is a valuable employee and deserves to be considered for a management position.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for about three years, and it has consistently been great.
The pizza is consistently delicious, and I never have to worry about it being two hours old.
