I had a fantastic experience with the service at this restaurant. The staff was wonderful! However, there was an unfortunate moment when a rather burly guy in front of me ordered five pizzas. I even held the door open for him as we entered together, trying to be polite, but he took advantage of that and jumped ahead of me in line. Seriously, what's up with that? He seemed to completely disregard the unwritten rule of waiting your turn! To make matters worse, he ended up buying almost all the fresh pizza available. Call ahead if you are ordering from the app and order drinks. This location did not have 20 oz drinks twice when I ordered. The first time they just told the driver there was no drinks on the order. I called the store several times and got a busy signal. I called the customer service number and got a message to leave a message for a call back. I did not get a call back. The next time the driver called me while at the store to let me know and the employee would not credit me and argued with me about replacing 4 20 oz drinks with 2, 2 liter drinks. Wanted me to cancel my order all together and waste both mine and the drivers time. Horrible customer service.
My order was delivered to the wrong address, and I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone! This is the third time I’ve had issues with this Little Caesars location—incorrect orders, incomplete deliveries, and even raw pizza. Today was the final straw. For the price, pizza is pretty decent. Came in to order 10 pizzas on the spot the wait was only 15-20 minutes as they had stated. Not many chairs/space to sit and wait in though
As a door lock supplier, I've never encountered any issues with the small stoppers during my time living here. My children absolutely love it, and the promotions are fantastic!
