My pizza order arrived extremely late. When I contacted the delivery driver, she said she had one more delivery before mine and insisted she wasn't lost. However, a photo of the delivery showed it was left at the wrong apartment. I paid over $10 in tax, delivery fees, tip, plus $30 for the pizza and bread that I never received. Now, I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund to be processed on my debit card. I’m very disappointed and will never use their service again, especially due to their lack of concern.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The classic cheese pizza was practically inedible; just look at the picture. How can a manager allow this? When you order a pizza, you expect something decent, but instead, I received this poorly made dish. The crust was absurdly burnt on the edges. I feel really let down. The items I ordered from this Little Caesars location had very little sauce. Additionally, placing my order took much longer than usual because there was only one person working the register. Meanwhile, most of the staff were gathered together, chatting, gossiping, and telling stories, all while making eye contact and speaking loud enough for the customers waiting in line to hear.
I've ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash several times, and each time they forget my crazy sauce. It's really frustrating to have to request a refund every time. The pizza is fantastic, but I wish they would pay more attention to the orders.

I strongly suggest placing your order ahead of time, especially on Friday nights. However, whenever I have called to order, I have consistently received excellent customer service and great food.
