I can't attach a photo here, I got a thin crust pizza, got it home and little over half of the pizza was glued down with the burnt toppings of some other pizza, trying to take it out the pieces tore to pieces completely up. Returned today with pizza, I leave it in my car, go in and speak with manager whom would not give her name. I asked if a meal is damaged while being prepared is it still given to customer.. she stated absolutely not. I go out bring in the box, show her and she laughs and says it's tore up.. I said yes cause all that burnt topping that was under it. She just looked. I asked so this is acceptable. She said yes... Mark p. Was the cook as it shows on box. Many other very rude...
I ordered online, and when I got home, my order was incorrect. I called the restaurant, and the woman on the phone said I needed to bring back the pizza, which was fine. However, when I asked if she could start making my correct pizza in the meantime, she said no. I don’t understand what the issue was. I ended up having to wait 25 minutes because they had misinterpreted my order. It was frustrating to wait so long without any effort to expedite my new pizza. The woman seemed indifferent, as if she didn’t care. All I wanted was what I had paid for. This experience was rude and showed terrible customer service. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.
hot n ready pepperoni pizza was good. they have STUFFED crust at this location, does it get better? actually few pizza places do stuffed crust so that makes little caesars special. i was served fast esp considering a lot of ppl were coming in. tip: order ahead through doordash or their app which is even faster. they have crazy sauce $1 but this sauce looks bigger than usual sauce sizes i recommend this caesars, i would go again and would order ahead. another tip, have plates cause they don't have some (another caesars also didn't have some)
I was surprised that there was no wait time when I walked in to get my favorite pizza at Little Caesars Pizza. Staff was very friendly. This is a nice and clean place. They have many choices of pizzas. Wish all little caesars pizzas operated like this so that we don?t need to wait that long.
Classic pepperoni taste better at other locations. Looks like a got a thin crust. With almost no cheese. Even the thin crust taste better at other locations.. im always iffy ordering her i only order here if i have no other options or if im really starving.
Pizza is good, but you always have to wait here. Never a pizza hot n ready, the owner or manager should take a step to make sure they are able to keep hot n ready with a basic slogan
