I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited five minutes in the drive-thru without receiving any assistance, and there was no one in front of me or at the window. It's clear that the management needs a change, as this location has been consistently understaffed and disorganized for months. My orders are never ready in advance, leading to waits of 20 to 30 minutes each time. This has happened during my last four visits over the past three months. This location is quite disappointing. I waited five minutes in the drive-thru before anyone helped me, and there was no one at the front or the window. This is the worst place to order from in town. There are two other Little Caesars nearby that offer better service, faster delivery, and higher quality food! They seem to have little regard for customers' time, making you wait in the lobby for 20 minutes without even acknowledging your presence. And this happens even when there are no other customers! I've lived here for over 20 years, and I always regret choosing this location.
The food was fantastic, and the kids really enjoyed it! My children were particularly fond of the breadsticks. We've already been to this location three times this week. I appreciate having a drive-thru option. The only drawback is that there might be a wait of about 10 minutes for the breadsticks; I experienced this delay on 2 out of the 3 visits. I experienced the worst customer service at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a lack of greeting and long, unhappy faces. I decided to order chicken wings through the window, and to my surprise, the cashier rolled her eyes at me. It felt like a nightmare dealing with this staff. I just don’t understand why they seem so unhappy. I will definitely NEVER go back!
I used to really enjoy visiting this Little Caesars because the drive-thru made everything so convenient, especially with my little one. However, during my visit today, I received a pizza that was completely uncooked, and the one cut you see on it was how I got it. I called to voice my complaint, but they didn't offer any compensation or resolution. I won’t be returning.
Little Caesars Pizza provides great value for the money. It used to be a convenient drive-thru option where you could grab your food quickly. However, during my most recent visit, I had to wait around 15 minutes for my pizza. This might have been due to my order being different from the usual pepperoni and cheese, but it was still an unexpected wait.
Terrible experience. We ordered two pizzas: one was half and half, but only one side had toppings. The other was a thick Detroit-style crust. Both were overcooked, and my son found the thick crust to be so bland that he joked he might have Covid. We won't be returning. Domino’s is just down the street and offers much better pizza. Pizza was amazing, price was only $6. Great place to go when you're on the budget. So it's hot and ready plus they have breadsticks and 2 liters of drinks.
