After spending more than four hours on calls and finally confirming the double charges, they kept promising a manager would call me to arrange a refund. That call never came. To make matters worse, I attempted to go back this past Wednesday around 7:30 PM, and the restaurant was entirely closed. As I walked back to my car, I saw several other people arriving only to find the door locked, all equally puzzled. I’ve visited this place a few times before without any major issues, but these last three experiences have been disappointing. I won’t be returning.
I ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni from Little Caesars Pizza, but it didn’t look anything like the photo on the menu. The pizza came with a regular crust instead of the special crust shown in the picture. I was quite disappointed and won’t be ordering it again. I placed an order by phone and it was ready in just 10 minutes—no waiting at all. The pizza was fantastic! The new owners were very kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning!
