I came here for a quick bite and got a lunch combo, I was excited because one was supposed to be fresh and ready in 4 minutes upon my ordering. I waited for the pizza and took it to go. When I went to indulge I was met with huge glops of sauce, cheese and pepperonis sliding right off, and an undercooked pizza. Thankfully I got dipping sauce which made the doughy taste bearable…. I wish I had time to circle back and ask for a new pizza but my allotted lunch time did not permit. I don't understand the point of advertising "hot and ready" when the pizzas are never actually ready. This is the only location that takes your order and then makes you wait around 5 minutes, but it's more like 10 to 12 minutes. The pizza I received was only a 4 out of 10—not cooked thoroughly and a bit doughy. Whoever thought it was a good idea to let teenagers run this business is either very wealthy or quite foolish. They really need to improve management and provide better training for these kids.
This store was bought by a new owner recently and they've really stepped up their game. The store is clean and the pizzas always have enough toppings (if not more) than what you pay for. Should be shut down. This is possibly the WORST little Ceasers to go to. Today I went in 5 min before my order was suppose to be ready I ended up waiting almost an EXTRA hour for my 3pizzas and 2crazy breads to be ready. None of the pizzas were cut. Pizza and bread both very dough almost as if it was raw. And the employees are SO RUDE. This is my third bad experience in a row at this location. Will never be coming here again. Waste of time and money.

Classic run of the line little caeser's. You know what is expected when you eat here, so it's not like you can get an above and beyond or below quality meal. I am docking a star strictly for the case of, recently, had an order of simply crazy bread take 25 minutes which seemed a little extreme for me.
Last time I stop at this location. Not a single pizza or breadsticks ready. They are called hot and ready for a reason
The "hot and ready" pizzas are rarely available when you arrive. It's best to place your order in advance.
This is absurd... It's been 17 minutes, and the "hot and ready" food is nowhere to be seen...
