I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I had to wait around 10 minutes just to place my order, and when I finally tried their new cheese puffs, they were only half the size of what the advertisements showed. After placing my order, I waited an additional 20 minutes to receive my food.
To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired; it looked quite filthy and neglected. The windows needed a thorough cleaning, and the front door was shattered and cracked. Surprisingly, I was expecting a busy atmosphere, but there was only one person in front of me.

I ordered online and it took a little longer for it to be prepared and I was cool with that because they had a long line. I got the puffs and they were burnt and a few of them didn’t even have cheese it was just bread, it was crazy no pun intended! This place is closer but I’m will to go to a different location next time.
I placed my order online at 5:15 and was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. However, my pizzas weren't ready until 6:55. When I checked them, I realized one of the pizzas was incorrect, and I was told I would have to wait again! At this point, I decided to walk out.
I was in the store on March 15th and the manager was insulting one of the female employees. He was so rude and disrespectful that I walked out and refused to buy anything.
