I have called this store 6 times in a row with no answer! It rings for several minutes each time. The app is freezing so the only way I could order is to call in, after almost 20 min there is no answer. I’m going to keep calling out of spite just to see how long it takes, will update later! Don’t go here… while waiting for someone to answer I read a lot of other bad reviews all about the service! Guess I’m getting t bell tonight ?Update: after a full 40 MINUTES of calling someone finally answered and said “they were just too busy to pick up the phone”. ?
5/6/23 Rosa the manager is the worse. Very rude harrasing you and has no customer service. Got my order wrong and said my son has to be an adult and check the order, that they get busy and its not their job to make sure the orders are correct. She said if you want the stuff your missing uou need to come back. Last time we visit this store. Very unprofessional. Sounded like online orders are not priority.
The staff and managers are quite rude, and the service is very slow when it comes to preparing orders. Each time I visit, I find myself waiting an additional 10 to 20 minutes. It's difficult to ask any questions because the employees often seem annoyed or unfriendly towards customers.
Went back to ask for a new pizza because it was very hard and dry as if it was sitting in their heating machine for so long. Didn’t even take one bite out of it. Went directly back and they said they couldn’t that it was my fault! Rude costumer service !

My spouse accidentally ordered via mobile order to the wrong store. We live in Pasco and he sent to Sunnyside. I phoned Sunnyside and after a call back, within 5 minutes, I am receiving a refund back on my card. Excellent customer service!!
I ordered online, and when I arrived to pick it up, the person who assisted me seemed quite upset because I was a bit late. As for parking, it was quite difficult to find a spot; it was very congested.
I ordered 2 pizzas and they were mostly crust. It was like they ran out of ingredients! The breadsticks were hard, tasted like they were old and had been reheated multiple times.
Excellent service. I come here every week. They never get my order wrong and the pizza, breadsticks, etc is usually always fresh. Polite staff members, and quick service.

The food isn't as good as it used to be, and the staff doesn't seem very enthusiastic while serving.
My kids never get tired of eating lil Caesar’s pizza!! They love it and I’m okay with it !!
