I reside in the Fort Lauderdale Beach area, and Living Room at W is one of my favorite spots for cocktails. I visited on Sunday, September 10, 2023, and had an outstanding experience, thanks to my bartender, Patrick. He crafted a fantastic Manhattan and an exceptional Old Fashioned, all while engaging in great conversation with everyone at the bar and delivering top-notch service. Patrick is truly one of the best bartenders along the beach!
The front desk staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms because the first one had a damp and musty odor that was quite overwhelming. The second room had similar issues, but the scent of cleaning products and perfume combined made it even worse. Additionally, the grout in the bathroom and shower needed to be cleaned. Overall, the rooms did not live up to our expectations, especially considering the price of the hotel.
