9$ for a plate of fresh steamed savory flavorful HALAL chicken dumplings. Honestly so yummy and you can choose chilly oil and chilly sambal sauce to pair. Both are very hot! The dumplings themselves have a scallion flavor and are super juicy with lots of chicken flavor. The wrapper is a good consistency and not to thick or chewy. Pairs well with the juicy chicken. Their soups are also yummy, a bit on the salty side but Great paired with the dumplings and I love the additions of the black mushrooms.
My first experience with Tibetan food. We ordered the spicy lamb ribs and the beef dumplings. The ribs were super tasty and were spicy but not too spicy. The dumplings were ok, not bad. It seems like they had put celery inside which gave it an odd taste. However, they do offer a beef with chive dumpling which probably would have tasted better. There's also this spicy sauce they have on the side which is good on everything! Will probably come back next time I'm in NYC
This is my favorite spot for momos! The original hole-in-the-wall location (behind a cellphone shop on 37th Rd, 74th St in Jackson Heights) was unfortunately destroyed in a fire that took out several businesses in March 2021. However, the new location offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I’ve also confirmed with the owner that the meat is Halal. I highly recommend soaking the momos in their hot sauce for an extra kick!
This place is ok. I'm a little disappointed. I don't know why some places choose to skimp on ingredients. They gave me beef and chive dumpling without the beef. They put a pea sized amount of beef in the dumpling and just a few strands of noodles in the soup. They also only filled my rice container half way. If the food was great I wouldn't mind but, it's just ok. This is a pass for me.

Best Tibetan food I?ve found in the city so far. Thenthuk was comforting and fresh, the Shabaleb were absolutely amazing (gotta try them! , and the Momos were great as well. Service was impressive and efficient, especially considering the one waitressserving the entire restaurant. Everything was very reasonably priced as well.
Both soups totally hit the spot. It was raining in NYC for two straight days. The chive momos complemented the soup. Heads up, the Orange sauce for the momos is super spicy These are the times I wished they had a Thai ice tea drink to help out with the hotness.
We ordered a take out and this was our second time We had ordered 2 set of steam dumpling and 1 order of shabhale There were no utensils and napkins at all. The sauce was limited and the shabhale was plain and with no taste at all.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, and I highly recommend it! It's a cozy spot, so you might have to wait a bit for a table, but it's definitely worth it! The Chives Momos are truly delicious!

I am happy that I explored this place few years ago!! Since then I make sure I have some time allocated to dine in whenever I visit newyork.The only good memory that I can have when In New York.
Excellent service and delicious food! I tried the beef chili and really loved it. The chili sauce is extremely spicy but absolutely flavorful!
