I have dined at this restaurant many times before, typically during the holidays. It is one of the few restaurants that stay open for business during Thanksgiving and X'mas. While the food is OK (not exceptional but reliable), I have noticed that over the last few years, the service of the restaurant has gone downhill. After I was seated at the counter, it took them over mins to get service. And then it took forever (another mins) for the food to arrive. Being seated at the counter, I was able to observe the chaotic (and completely disorganized) action at the open food prep. For example, I notice that my salad (it required no cooking) was sitting on the counter for at least mins before someo...
Normally I like this restaurant and the service but, was a little disappointed my last visit. Food was great as expected though service was lacking. The waiter did not seem to be interested in giving me good service as I watch him do much better with other patrons. This will not stop me from going again or recommending this excellent restaurant. The maitre d was gracious and helped make up for the lack of attention from the waiter. The staff is usually excellent but, not to me that outing. I still say go enjoy the food it is worth it. I hope to have a better experience next time.
They donât offer a childrenâs menu, even though itâs advertised on open table. Quality of food was extremely poor and over priced. Pasta was hard, burger super greasy and fries were cold. Terrible food! Salad was just ok, extremely bland. Service left a lot to be desired!
The menu available in the restaurant was different from the menu in the app and website. We for frustrated. Besides this, we have problem with our order, it cakes wrong. The restaurant itâs ok!!

Came here during an hr that there was barely any customers and during this hour the customer service was disappointing.
It was the worst ever with bad food.

great service. pleasant atmosphere. sad to find out that they close on December after years.
Menu has options for everyone. Service was very friendly and efficient.
