On my second visit, I dined in and ordered their salmon with mixed vegetables. I also tried the Red Three Pillars Pinot Noir and purchased a bottle of Red Newt Riesling to take home, which I have really liked. I'm mostly drawn to come back for the wine. One of the staff mentioned that they offer 25% off wines and appetizers during happy hour, which goes until 7 pm. Additionally, at my request, they provided small tastings of two wines while I was deciding on a bottle to buy for later.
The staff here is friendly, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant, featuring a relaxed local vibe. The seating is self-service, and you order at the front cashier, making it convenient for groups. My food was...
Good food...good location (and the wine isn 't half bad either)...you will like this place...what they do, they do well...l recently visited Locavino and had an array of their offerings...the cheese plate, the salmon avocado toast (so good), the white wine and clams linguine, and their mashup the Jerkalaya ...all get thumbs up here...I spent over 4 hours here enjoying the view of the ice skating rink it overlooks, engaging in lively conversations and sipping perfectly paired wines...give it a go...the ambiance alone is worth the trip...
Is the juice worth the squeeze? Depends what you're here for. If you're here for the wine, indulge and enjoy but if you're hoping to have a meal worth the price, go elsewhere. Docked 2 stars. First (1) For the thin sliver of a steak they served (for the price I expected a bit more), another(2) for the fact that you don't necessarily have a waiter, you order at the counter and someone brings you your food. You can essentially get the same level of service from McDonald's (and a similar thin slice of meat) only without the wine.
This is a fantastic place for a date. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a good selection of wine and delicious food, all surrounded by beautiful artwork on the walls. They offer numerous drink specials, with happy hour running Monday to Friday from 3 to 7 PM, where you can enjoy 25% off select wines and appetizers. The staff was very friendly, and the venue was clean. Plus, parking is easy to find. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is one of our favorite places to eat in downtown Silver Spring and they have been in our regular rotation for date night dinner delivery during the pandemic. The food is great, and in person the restaurant is cozy, you can pop in to buy wine and beer by the bottle and can, and the staff is always incredibly nice and friendly.

Just got so sick I barfed up the jerkalaya. Something in that was not prepared safely. I suspect the shrimp. Too bad really. It tasted good till I threw it back up. Other than the Truffle Mac. Didn’t have any truffle to it.
I didn't realize this place had replaced Adega's. It didn't feel as polished as Adega's but it was a great place to grab dessert and socialize with some friends.
