I ordered through Uber Eats, and the restaurant completely forgot to include a breakfast wrap. I called to see if they could help resolve the issue since my wife didn’t receive her breakfast. All they did was apologize and suggested I reach out to Uber Eats for assistance. However, the last time I checked, Uber Eats doesn’t cook or prepare the orders. The food we did receive was quite mediocre. I can't recommend this place, as there are certainly better options in the area. If they genuinely cared about their customers, I think they would have a higher rating.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I visited for some muffins, and they were both fresh and delicious. One of my top priorities is outstanding customer service, and they certainly exceeded my expectations, especially considering my experience as a minority in today’s climate. If I could give them ten stars, I would! Thank you—you're doing an amazing job!
I had a fantastic experience at Bagel Cafe. A friendly blonde woman helped me and made me feel very welcomed. The café was clean and inviting, with beautiful interior decor. The food was incredibly delicious, and there was an excellent variety on the menu. It's evident that the staff puts in a lot of hard work, making this a truly wonderful place.
I ordered delivery and was impressed by the size of the sandwich—it was enormous! It was far too big for me to finish; I could have easily made another sandwich and a half with all the meat and cheese I removed from it. However, the bagel was delicious, and the potato salad was also quite tasty.

This is a fantastic spot to pick up a dozen bagels and cream cheese. The bagels are perfectly boiled on the outside, with a wonderfully soft and fluffy interior. While I do have other favorite bagel places nearby, this one is a reliable option when convenience is key.
Fantastic bagels and deli! The wait is worth it because the bagels here are excellent. Visiting from California, this is our go-to spot for authentic New York-style bagels and sandwiches. I always order the lox sandwich, cucumber side salad, pickle, and coffee.
I ordered catering for a brunch party, and everything was incredibly delicious. The portions were generous, leaving me with tasty leftovers for days. I'm very grateful to have discovered this place. Keep up the great work!
The customer service was quite disappointing! While I was waiting in line, the tall older gentleman taking orders completely overlooked me and asked the woman behind me for her order.
