I absolutely love their fish, and I'm really sad to say that the location near my house has closed. It was quite rundown and rarely had any customers in the drive-thru. I suppose it just couldn't survive. Many people find it unappealing, but it's actually one of my favorite fast food spots!
The staff gave great service but the food was cooked in what looked like old oil. It tasted bad. I didn't even eat it. I spend $18 for a platter and drink. I could go out to Applebee's or Chili's and dine in for that price. And get way better food. LJs is not what it used to be.
My sister, brother-in-law, and I ordered the two-fish meal, and it was extremely tough—almost like it had been fried at least twice. The fish was dark brown and lacked that flaky texture. Unfortunately, we all ended up with stomach issues that night.
I feel bad to have to drop a star, but what's on their website wasn't available in the store. They also haven't updated their payment system to touch pay. Not a deal breaker, just not as convenient. Everything else, 5 stars. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is the best Long John Silver's I've visited in a long time. The manager was fantastic and had a great sense of humor. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent as well.
This is my Mom and I second time coming here and the food is not fresh. It tastes like food that has been sitting and they drop it in the fryer for it seem fresh.
Could not get the teenager working there to help me because he had his little sister whipping his tables.
