I waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru speaker without being acknowledged, and then it took another 20 minutes to get my food. I noticed two staff members chatting by the grill while only one cashier was attending to the drive-thru window. By the time I got home just three minutes later, I found that my meal (fish, coconut shrimp, and fries) was crammed into a box that was too small. I had to dig through most of the fries and both pieces of fish just to find the shrimp. Everything was overcooked. The only things I enjoyed were my soda and the coleslaw. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back.
The only difference between the Long John Silver's in South County and the one in South City is that the South County location has more décor. However, in terms of food and service, both locations are outstanding. They provide excellent service and serve hot, delicious meals. I will continue to visit either location as long as they uphold this level of quality. So why not indulge in some Long John Silver's today?
LJS might not be a five-star or Michelin-rated establishment, and it doesn't claim to be, but the food was quite tasty. However, my experience would have been enhanced if I had dealt with a vending machine instead of the staff who helped me. It's surprising that they think they deserve $15 an hour when they messed up our orders... shaking my head.

After facing several months of issues, I finally received my complete order on time, and it was still hot upon arrival. The delivery driver was friendly and courteous, and there were plenty of condiments included. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this chain restaurant is outshining many local establishments, which is a bit disappointing.
The coconut shrimp was old and they reheated some of them. It was very disgusting to taste old oil in your food. Plus your commercial states that they are shareable when they are not. There is nothing sharable with snack bits or popcorn shrimp... Here are just some of the way over cooked shrimp.
The staff as super friendly and very patient. We came in not knowing what we wanted, and we never felt rushed. Any questions we had they were happy to answer. Definitely coming back.Parking: The parking lot is located on the left side by the drive through.
Messed up my 16 PC fish family meal I got 11 pcs of fish the cashier at the window didn't even know what my order was I had to tell her again while she was trying to bag my food. Very unprofessional will not recommend anyone yo go here.

The young man at the window was a true pleasure. He was friendly and cheerful, which was a refreshing change from our recent experiences at other drive-thrus. I genuinely hope they keep him on the team for a long time!
Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience. The only downside was that there was no tartar sauce available! I went around 9:30 PM.
