Rootbeer floats is where it is at. The soft served ice cream that comes in the floats is very good and creamy. There is a long John's silvers in the same establishment. The dining room was a bit dirty looking but not gross. I think it's great they offer a free float for a harmless review online (not here). Wish we had one where we lived. We did not try food today.
We ordered fish and shrimp through the drive-thru, but it was very dry. It was clear that it had been sitting out for a while and wasn't fresh. This was around 6 PM. Thank you, but we won't be back for a while.
Stopped at Long John Silver for fish tacos. The staff was friendly, helpful and I received quick service. The food was very good and a treat to eat something different. Hush puppies are a favorite.
