I went there on a night that didn't seem very busy, there wasn't even a wait for a table of 4. Yet I had to send my steak back twice to get it cooked correctly, and I still ended up settling. I ordered medium rare and all 3 times to came back rare, and the 3rd time I cut into it the man who brought it to me said that that's what a longhorn medium rare looks like. So warning, apparently you need to order your steaks more cooked than you actually want. Other than that, the rest of our food was delicious.
Our steak was cooked exactly to our preference. The staff checked in with us several times to make sure it was prepared just as we had asked, which appeared to be a common practice for them. This level of attention was both warm and appreciated. Our waitress was extremely attentive and managed our extra requests for seasoning and drinks with efficiency. Overall, this restaurant provides superior service and food compared to what we've encountered in New England.
As usual, perfect culinary experience. Don't wait. Sierra was our server and was fantastic. Food was hot and delicious, steak perfectly cooked. It was a flawless experience! If I had to give any suggestions for improvement, I would say that the lid for the togo box does not fit the container completely. But it remained and was a very small inconvenience. As I said, perfect experience like every time I come here!
Total good meal and good service. My ny strip steak was alittle over boiled, I asked rarely, it came more from a med rare, but the taste was good. My side was the sweet potato and it was unfortunately cooked. I would normally return this article to be corrected, but since I was with my family, I just stopped because all the others seemed to enjoy their meals.

The chef on duty today showed much love! I ordered the 7oz lunch portion of salmon over the bed of rice it comes with. I had a pecan strawberry salad. This chef was intentional about work today and the love was shown! Desi our staff member was great as well. She keep her smile and was very informative ?
My wife and I often visit Longhorn Steakhouse in Brandon, and we absolutely love it. The porterhouse steak on their menu is cooked to perfection, and the loaded baked potatoes are simply delicious. Their Brussels sprouts are outstanding—I would give them a perfect 10 stars!
This steakhouse provides excellent value for your money, offering great deals on steaks. We kicked off our meal with the fried breaded onion appetizer, which was tasty, though it was a bit smaller than we had anticipated.
We have eaten at this LongHorn many times throughout the years, and I wanted to take a moment to give a special mention to the hostess who usually seats us during our visits...

Everything was excellent, although the salmon had a few bones in it. We sat at the bar and enjoyed outstanding and prompt service.
Food was amazing and the waitress was very sweet. Nice lunch???
