We went out for our birthday. My first time going to this particular longhorn steakhouse and this will be my last time. Due to the fact that my order was not the way I requested nor was my mother's. We both order steaks well done she had a 6 oz steak with a loaded baked potato and macaroni and cheese and I had a 8oz steak with steamed broccoli and macaroni and cheese. My cousin also had a 6 oz steak and he order medium well done with a salad and baked potato. Everything looked delicious but it wasn't. My mother steak and my steak was not prepared the way we requested they was to red in the inside. The macaroni and cheese was horrible it was too dry and not seasoned enough even with me adding...
We ordered five entrees, two appetizers, soups, and salads. Unfortunately, our server was largely absent until our food arrived, and even then we had to ask for our side salads and soup. The temperature of the signature 22 oz Longhorn Porterhouse was off; I ordered it medium rare, but it came out rare. Thankfully, it was still edible. The full slab of baby back ribs and well-prepared chicken wings were the highlights of the meal, which is why I’m giving this a two-star review instead of a three.
As for dessert, the Chocolate Stampede was rich and definitely meant for sharing. Although our family has enjoyed visits to other LongHorn Steakhouses in the past, we won’t be returning to this part...
It was my first time at this location and I was seated immediately. I noticed a lady well groomed with a smile, walking each table asking how was everything. I later found out it was the manager. That was pleasing to see....Anita personality was very welcoming. We had issues with our order, however Veronica the manager rectified it immediately. The food was amazing, this is so far my best location and I plan to return and I know if Veronica is on the clock everything will go as it should. Great leadership,
I used to enjoy going here, but the last couple of visits have been really disappointing. On my last visit, It took 30 minutes from ordering to the drinks yes, just the drinks to them arriving, and when the food finally arrived, everything was dumped on the table simultaneously bread, appetizer and mains. My medium filet was a charcoal brick and by the time dessert arrived, our main plates were still on the table. It all had a don 't care feeling and that marked our last ever visit.

I love the Longhorn. It is my favorite steakhouse in US, but latelly the overall experience is not perfect because it is a little bit overpriced (Texas roadhouse is also good and cheaper) and the cleanliness is not what used to be. Maybe due to lack of staff, I can imagine. The sirloin is amazing. Really worths to try it. The best I 've ever had. The last time I tried the Linghorn steak. Very nice and juicy.
The restaurant offers a pleasant and tranquil atmosphere. The staff was friendly, courteous, and maintained a professional demeanor. The food was excellent, both in flavor and presentation.
