My first experience at the restaurant was great, but this time it was quite disappointing. The steak was undercooked and overly seasoned; there was enough pepper on it for four steaks! The service felt rushed, as we received our main course before finishing our appetizers. To top it off, the dessert tasted stale. I'm not sure if I want to return after this visit, as I was so impressed the first time. However, I gave it another shot and this time both the food and service were very good. I’ll definitely try it again and update my review. Perhaps my previous visit was just an off day for them.
Had a wonderful time at Longhorn not too long ago. I dine in often and Jenny is ALWAYS so polite, very energetic and accurate. This time around I ordered To-Go and what a coincidence Jenny was there to serve again! I had no idea she’d be in that department however she delivered like she does every time. She wears many hats and should be recognized for it! She is such a passionate worker and never fails to brighten my day whenever I stop at Longhorn.
What I got was probably the smallest 34oz porterhouse ever. This is the first time I finished one in one sitting. I'm not a regular steak eater or a steak expert, but this is the first time I've seen a porterhouse with a big bone. Nevertheless, steak was good. Maybe that's the reason why I finished it. No prime rib in the menu??? I thought all steak houses have that.
Usually have a good time here, this time I found a piece of hair in my food. I don't like to send food back because i work in the industry but this time I did. The waitress got the manager and was more then happy to fix the meal right away.

You get quality food for great prices. Steaks are cooked exactly how you order them. They have great flavor and are good cuts of meat. My personal favorites are the outlaw ribeye and new York strip . I like mine rare and they are delicious.
I dined here twice this week and found the food to be excellent and well-prepared. It can get a bit busy and noisy, especially with many kids around during my visits. I recommend making a reservation in advance.
It was our first time visiting the restaurant, and the steak was outstanding—everything else was fantastic as well. Our waiter provided excellent service, and we definitely plan to return with a group.
Longhorn is a great place for a steak. You’re not going to get a dried aged steak here but if you order a NY strip you more than likely going to a decent steak. Order it medium and you can’t go wrong.
