Longhorn Steakhouse Fairview Heights

It has been a long time since I went out to eat and received great service. Ever since covid it seems like every restaurant, if they are open for inside dining, has employees who just don't care. Is my daughter and I just ate at the Fairview Heights longhorn and it was amazing. The food was great. My steak was cooked perfect. The staff was really hustling to provide great service to the customer's. Highly recommend this place!

I entered the online alert while I was still in my house. it shows them a countdown. I came in front of me with six parties, waited about 8 minutes and sat, eating was very good. I had salmon cooked for perfection, and a flo’s fillet cooked as I like. my daughter had cooked a burger to her preference. everything tasted great, and eating came faster than I expected. the waitress and the host were both very nice.

the hostess and the waitress were amazing. we finish a 5000 miles long trip and we have 4 small children when they are through a city they don't know it can be a little hectic. the personal made us feel so welcome, they interacted with our children, and we feel like family. I recommend this restaurant!

Steak was burnt on both sides. Loaded potatoe was plain no salt or pepper, will not be going back. What a way to have a birthday dinner that was ruined!!!!!

The food was excellent the service was great! I will definitely go back without hesitation!
