The food is amazing, the service not so much. I don’t think it was a staff issue, more so the manager. First when we got there, he didn’t see our reservation at first, a staff member came over and pointed it out to him. Later I noticed the same manager motion to our waiter and he quickly brought the bill to our table, we were still drinking cocktails and enjoying time with friends. No big deal at first, but the second we signed off on the check the manager came over and told us he needed our table. I ordered her smokey margarita (I think that is what is called) it has a jalapeño, but is not sharp. eating was tasty, especially the green Zilantro sauce with the plantains chips that they put in front of them! please forgive me for not using Latin. the rock steak with mushrooms is one of the best food I have ever tried. perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. the queso empanada was amazing when they get this safe to add the sauce that comes with it. we also shared the Risotto court and I would have eaten the whole dish. it was also amazing. I had a margarita and a caipirinha and both were delicious. my man had the pokchop with the kokosreis and plantains. I tasted everything and there was not one thing we would change. our server was attentive, listening, giving recommendations when asked and happy, knowledgeable. simply wonderful overall.

Our service was horrible the server did not greet us for at least five minutes. she brought food out and then did not come back and check on us. The bussers did not take away empty plates or beer bottles but tried to take away active dishes. When the door opened cold air comes in (no second door).

I called without a reservation on Valentine's Day and they were able to seat us right away without any issues. The service was outstanding and the food and drinks were excellent from beginning to end. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to others.
