Having visited several chip shops in the area, we finally stumbled upon a high-quality chip shop. The fish was large and fresh, coated in a deliciously crispy batter, accompanied by a generous portion of chips. What set this place apart was the friendly and welcoming staff who greeted us with a pleasant smile as we entered.
Tried this establishment a few weeks ago for the first time. The business is run as a partnership by a couple of young men who are very friendly and welcoming. The fish was juicy and fried to perfection with crispy batter and the chips were again fresh and crispy. Next to try is their kebabs. Highly recommended.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I spent £30.00 on four large fish and chips, but they were completely awful. The fish had a strange taste and there were dark brown bits in it. The batter was tasteless. I definitely will not be returning anytime soon.
We usually receive good service at this restaurant, but this time it was terrible. The food was cold and the fish was tasteless. Also, do not order the mushy peas as they were more like soup. We were very disappointed with our experience and will not be returning. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Just had fish and chips for our evening meal delivered to the door. It was absolutely fantastic. Huge cod with no skin and really crunchy batter, really hot, obviously freshly cooked. I cannot think that there would be any better fish and chips anywhere.
On this showing we are still searching for a decent fish chip shop in town. Yes the portions were very large,but big is not always beautiful. Summing up,we will continue our search for an enjoyable chip shop locally.
Went into this chippy no one waiting to be served ,we stood there waiting to be served 2 people behind the counter, no acknowledgement to us,all they where doing was the delivery orders,so walked out very rude
Used the delivery service a couple of times now and each time it’s been fantastic. Food is hot and tasty and service with a smile. Kebabs are great and fish is the best in town. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Excellent portions, deliciously fresh fish, not too heavy on the batter either. Don't have a large chip portion unless you plan to share it it's HUGE!
