One of my favorite dishes at Los Jarros is the vegetarian taco salad. It starts with a base of lettuce, topped with rice, black beans, pico de gallo, cheese (and you can add jalapeños for an extra kick!), and it’s accompanied by sour cream. The standout feature of this dish is the guacamole, made from fresh avocados, cilantro, onions, and tomatoes—it’s absolutely delicious. This meal is bursting with flavor and is a fantastic choice for vegetarians or anyone looking for a lighter option. I highly recommend it! The service has always been excellent every time I've dined there.
I recently dined at this restaurant with my family, and we chose to eat in. I ordered the carnitas tacos, which were delicious and not greasy, unlike some other taquerias I've tried. My husband opted for the cecina torta, which was cooked to perfection and very moist—he even ordered another to take home! Overall, the service was outstanding, with very friendly staff. The tables were well-spaced, and they also had outdoor seating available. The prices were quite reasonable. The only downside was that they had run out of tamales! Lol. I would definitely recommend this place.
I was really looking forward to visiting this restaurant again, as I used to frequently enjoy their chicken sandwich for $8.00. However, when I went to order it this time, I was shocked to find out it cost $13.35. Seriously? I'm really disappointed, especially since it was recommended to me by a good friend. I will definitely be informing him about this $5.35 price increase.
Genuine Mexican flavors! This was my second visit since the ownership change. I requested a veggie salad, which wasn't on the menu, so it took a little longer to prepare. However, the final result was fantastic! I'll share a picture so you can see for yourself. This will definitely be our new go-to spot for quick bites. Thank you!

The restaurant is run by a Mexican family and serves genuinely authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes. The owner is exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh. I frequently find myself coming back twice a day because the comfort food is excellent. I highly recommend it for families and the local community!
The food is always delicious and served quickly at a great price. The staff is also very friendly. If you don't enjoy spicy dishes, I highly recommend the grilled chicken combo—it's exceptional. I generally avoid Mexican restaurants because I find the food too spicy, but I’ve never had that issue here.
