This restaurant is amazing! We visited on a busy Friday night around 7 PM, and despite the crowd, the hostess seated us right away and our waitress was at our table in no time. I can confidently say that this is the best Mexican food I've ever had in the U.S. While many places in Charleston struggle with service lately, this restaurant really excels. Even on such a busy night, the service was impressively fast, leaving us amazed. I have never encountered such outstanding service coupled with incredible food. Be sure to check it out—we can't wait to return!
The restaurant features a wide selection of Tex-Mex cuisine and boasts a fantastic ambiance. The Dynamite Michelada is a must-try, particularly the larger version that includes shrimp. I really enjoyed the Torta, although the steak was a bit on the chewy side. The quesadillas with sautéed onions and peppers were also very popular. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside, along with ample space at the bar. The complimentary chips and salsa were a nice addition, although I would have appreciated a bit more attentiveness from our server.
I had a fantastic experience celebrating my brother's birthday dinner. The restaurant was very accommodating to our group. We enjoyed drinks, chips, and salsa, and the food was served hot and tasted amazing! The servers were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend the jalapeño cucumber margarita—it's spicy and absolutely delicious. Overall, a great experience!
One of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever tried, and I've tried a lot of Mexican food! The Salsa was the absolute best! I had the grilled chicken chimichanga andu husband had beef enchiladas. We both agreed that we hadn't had Mexican this good in more than 20 years. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again when in the Charleston area!!!

The lunch buffet was amazing. Every dish I tried was exceptional. I was delighted to discover liver and onions (with jalapeños) on the buffet. As a big fan of Mexican cuisine and someone who has eaten at many restaurants across the country, I can confidently say that Los Reyes is one of my top three favorites. You won’t be disappointed!
It was busy, but the service was fast, and the kitchen was even faster. We had our food incredibly quickly, but it was also incredibly good. I ordered the burritos, and my wife ordered the fajitas. After seeing her food, I instantly regretted passing on those. However, the burritos were top-notch.
The service was impressively quick—we were seated right away, and a server brought us chips and salsa almost as soon as we sat down! The food was delicious, and I was amazed by the size of the large margarita. This has definitely become our new favorite place!
Our go-to spot for American Mexican. The quality of the food is always excellent and the service is fast and friendly. They have a great bar area and a patio too!

Simple and satisfying. The rice tasted really weird. I've never had Mexican rice that tasted that way. Overall good experience.
