Well, the thin crust, and the enduringly incomprehensible practice of cutting it in squares rather than pie slices is relatively consistent across all pizzerias, the deep dish here is unique, in large part because of the cornmeal crust, which is distinctive among the local pies. I had a disappointing experience at this Lou Malnati's location. The customer service was poor, and the staff members who tried to assist were quite rude. It would be beneficial to hire individuals who are more composed and mature. As for the food, the pizza was hard and not enjoyable. Overall, I would rate my experience as follows: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1. For takeout dinner, I spent around $20–30, but I would not recommend this place.
I ordered delivery many times and it's always same classic chese mushrooms and onion pizza never had an issue, for some reason they keep canceling my grub hub order and it says they can't provide the service I live 4 to 5 min away so I'm sure issue is not the delivery in that case; What is the product that u cant provide mushrooms or onion ?
