Very friendly place with a very beautiful display and a small garden to discover. Currently there is no card and the bartender gives you a cocktail at your choice or according to your tastes. Keeping the experience is worth the detour. Located within the very beautiful François Premier hotel, beautifully renovated and overlooking the square of the same name, heart of Cognac.
A very beautiful discovery, A welcome truly to the quality of cocktails (we even had the right to a small memory François 1er A very warm space to spend a very pleasant time tasting with friends, proof we had trouble leaving. And thank you for Cognac chocolate, it was a real gustative discovery We know where to come back to test other creations next time we go around.
Staying at the hotel, we had the pleasure of sampling a few cocktails. Bastiene was very friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. He was very knowledgeable about the drinks particularly Cognac, and very chatty! My husband found his knowledge most useful!
It’s over the time with a real mixologist (Ael). We'll meet at 2, one Friday night at 11:00. The 2 employees discuss at the bar with another person “sorry we close, we have no customer since 2H”. Too bad for a Hotel of this standing to have such a low-end bar. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Nice staff but we were a little frustrated by the concept. Very short map and the customizable 14€ cocktail proposal block a little. Too bad, the place is pretty.
