Their gelato is absolutely indulgent! However, I’d like to share my experiences regarding their delivery service as of now. They have a solid ordering system for their Love Box assorted packs, but they lack a delivery time selection option. I attempted to communicate my preferred delivery time by replying to the order confirmation email, but only one of the two deliveries arrived as scheduled. I believe this is an area that could use improvement; it would be helpful if they offered some form of confirmation beyond the automated response. If you're placing a catering order for a private event or wedding, I strongly recommend reaching out to them directly to ensure timely delivery. No hard fee...
This restaurant is nestled down an alley just off Markham Main Street. Luckily, they have a prominent heart sign, or you might easily overlook it. This hidden gem offers incredible gelato. We tried the pistachio and hazelnut flavors, both of which were creamy and not too sweet. The staff members all sported bright smiles, and it was clear that they genuinely enjoy their work there. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any of the alcohol-infused flavors available during our visit, so we’ll be sure to pre-order those next time. We can’t wait to try all the flavors!
Cute little gem in the heart of Main St. Markham. Service was fantastic the staff were able to answer all of my dietary questions with ease they know what is in their product. Greatly appreciate that there are multiple flavours of dairy free gelato I have tried wild blueberry, lemon and chocolate absolutely wonderful! Their takeout box is a great option in lieu of a birthday cake or traditional pastries with all the dietary considerations (gluten free, dairy free and Keto). Online ordering is also available.
Finally made it out to love gelato. The first time I went I was a little early and I couldn't wait around for them to open. This time I made sure that would I was in the area so I can go try the gelato. The gelato flavour was very good. I got chocolate and hazelnut. Very good flavour very good gelato overall. I got a taste of Gelato after I recently tried Stella Luna in Ottawa. This place comes close. Positives: Their chocolate and Pistaccio flavors were really good. They were the right textures and sweetness. I would highly recommend both Negatives: The Oreo flavor was not as good, felt more like regular ice cream than gelato. The chocolate biscuit was not good and very over priced. Overall a great place and highly recommended.
What a treat to get gelato at Love Gelato on Main Street Markham! Situated in a tucked away spot down between two buildings, this is one of the most surprisingly great places to visit. The staff is always friendly, the gelato is delicious, and you always walk away wanting to come back (again and again! Make sure you give them a try next time when you are on Main Street Markham
I tried the Gelato from this shop for the first time. We tried the Chinese Lunar New Year flavours. My whole family is totally amazed that all of the flavors were so on point and so delicious. The black sesame was our favourite. The box was beautifully decorated with such an artistic hand-written message. We will buy from this shop again!
