Had a very unpleasant morning at this Lowes. I went to get my normal coffee. Only to find nobody at the coffee stand. I waited for about 3 minutes.. STILL NOBODY. I go get my other things and circle back around. This time theres a sign that said see customer service. I walk over to customer service and they point me back in the direction of the coffee stand!! After all of this they tell me the barista must have went on break.. at 8am. They don’t know when their employees take breaks? Seems hazardous. I was dismissed by ‘customer service’ and felt like the other employees couldn’t care less. Very dissatisfied with this Lowes Foods. You guys were my favorite but now I’ll have to find a new pla...
I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff at the checkout are incredibly friendly and tolerant of my cheesy dad jokes. I do have to admit, though, that the prices are quite high, and I usually only buy something if there’s a buy-one-get-one offer or a sale. Still, considering the quality and range of their dishes, I can somewhat justify going even when there aren’t any discounts. The restaurant is always very clean, and during the peak of the pandemic, they made sure to wear masks. However, I got the sense that not everyone fully understood the purpose of masks or how to wear them properly, but that was just my observation.
This gas station is a convenient option for a quick refuel. However, if you're hoping to grab a drink or some chips, you'll have to go to the window. You'll need to place your items in a small box next to a card machine that doesn't seem very clean. A staff member will handle your payment, return your items, and then you'll have to push the payment back through to them. After everything is settled, they'll give you your change. This process can be a bit cumbersome, especially if you're paying with cash. Despite that, the overall cleanliness of the place makes it a decent stop.
I'm writing this review not about the store itself, but specifically about their Beer Den. It’s an unpleasant place with terrible service. The person managing the den is extremely unfriendly and downright rude. I've visited other Lowes Foods Beer Dens where the staff genuinely enjoy their work, but that’s not the case here. When I asked if he could exchange two growlers that had been sitting in my hot car for two room temperature ones, he outright refused and raised his voice so everyone in the store could hear. This has quickly become my favorite supermarket! Everything is exceptionally organized and beautifully decorated, showcasing remarkable attention to detail. They offer a diverse selection of high-quality products that have truly impressed me! While it may not be the most budget-friendly choice, they do have a rewards card that provides significant savings. The staff is friendly and attentive, and even the restrooms are well-maintained!
The layout of this restaurant is distinctive, and it offers some incredible dishes you won’t find elsewhere. If you get the chance, Chris at the deli is a fantastic server—he’s attentive and happy to answer any questions. The deli sandwiches are exceptional, especially the chipotle chicken. It’s an ideal place for lunch, perfect for those days when you don’t want to cook, thanks to the deli’s wide selection of delicious choices.
This store is on the smaller side, so its inventory isn't always the same as the larger locations. However, I prefer shopping here because of its convenient location. I really appreciate the online shopping option and the ease of picking up my orders. I rarely encounter issues with missing or incorrect items.
