This hidden gem is a large restaurant offering delicious and affordable food. I was welcomed with friendly and quick service, making it easy to choose from the extensive menu. I ordered the chicken with Mac and cheese as a side, paired with sweet tea, and it was delicious. Another standout side was the Brunswick stew, which tasted authentic to South Carolina. I wish the chicken had more flavor and the portions were larger because I wanted more. The seating area is small but cozy, creating a great atmosphere for enjoying a meal with all kinds of people. Overall, this place is fantastic for a satisfying dining experience.
I absolutely adore the chicken at this restaurant. I also appreciate the wide variety of sides available. However, in my opinion, the sides we tried lacked seasoning. The cabbage, pinto beans, and mashed potatoes all needed some extra flavor. Despite this, I wouldn't lower my rating as I prefer my food to be more seasoned. The service before placing our order was friendly, quick, and efficient. We will definitely be coming back, but I plan on bringing my own pepper vinegar next time.
We've loved this place for years. 8.8.22? The workers are black today. He told us to move and wait 8 minutes. 20 minutes later I'm going in to ask where our food is. Lady in the window forget to submit our order. She sat outside and took a break! The photo shows she goes back to the restaurant. TERRIBLE SERVICE. OWNER needs new EMPLOYE!!! the first time here delicious eating a great price! my ladies were so friendly. the it area was relatiw clean, but never saw someone cleansing, sweeping or in the regular cleaning of all the time we were there. mülldosen flooded random causes were stacked on the wooden housing units. it seemed as if they had had a hurry that hadn't done it yet, but it was 730p, so I'm not sure. didn't swear to us that eating was still delicious!
Me and my travel party stopped for gas and could smell the deliciousness from the gas pump. We had to try. We stopped over and tried some of the chicken and wedges and it was some of the best chicken I've had from a fast food spot. My complements to the chef/cook. We were very pleased with our meal. So much I wanted to make sure I wrote a review telling them so. Thanks Mountain Fried Chicken for a great experience.
everyone is so friendly who works here! that is ingenious and tastes like cooking at home. I have a few chicken teeth that were absolutely huge! they use a pressure cooker so that the brot on the outside is so crisp and tasteful, but the inner was incredibly juicy.
