I bought 3 slices today, 2 hawaiian and 1 pepperoni. They gave me the wrong slices, luckily i had not let the parking lot and check before i got home.I went back in to get it corrected, which they did with no hassle, however they took the 2 wrong slices and put them back in the pan to sell to the next person.I will NEVER be going back to this place. This is completely against food safe, they have to idea if thes slices were touched, licked, drugged etc....
Gone are the days of value for your dollar, when Lozza Mozza opened I ordered quite regularly. And received nothing but great food, awesome service. Lately I have ordered and have been quite dissatisfied with the quality of product received. Not only has the menu changed, it has become difficult to find a favourable meal. I will however try to continue to order but if the quality gets worse I will have to stop.
This place used to be great, but the new management doesn't seem to know how to run the business. I've called several times in the past to request a single slice, but each time I was told that it wasn't available. I ended up buying a different kind of single slice, but it wasn't worth the price. The quality has dropped dramatically. I wouldn't recommend this location.
Their hours are consistently inaccurate, and the quality of the food has dropped significantly since their opening. I'm not sure if it's due to unmotivated staff or low-quality ingredients, but either way, I'll be choosing to dine somewhere that ensures their hours are updated. Came to try this pizza as I have never tried Lozza Mozza and it advertised $3.50 slice. Unfortunately they didn't have any slices ready and said they were not going to make anymore.. so I ended up paying almost $20 for small, 10 double pepperoni pizza.. pizza was ok, but not worth $20.
This place is fantastic, and everything is so fresh! Our food arrived in just 15 minutes. When they say "extra cheese," they really mean it, and our dog enjoys it as well. We're very impressed! - Ashtyn
I just tried there cauliflour crust pizza , I have to say I was pleasently surprised it's my new go to for pizza !you guys Rock Thankyou..Dietary restrictions: Cauliflour crust is awesome

Unfortunately since the new owners it’s absolute garbage !! Save your money and get frozen pizza!! The free cheesy bread was brutal !!!!
