This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. If you have a chance to sit in Crystal’s section she makes the experience 10x’s better. She is so knowledgeable and will always make great recommendations for our family when it is their first time visiting. After reading the bill, I can see why so many people recommend it. The stuff is really cheap, $5 onion rings and $8 salad. After the epidemic, it is really good and cheap, but! The reason I gave 4 stars is because it was too salty! The one that became salty after soaking in water, really, it was the first time I went out to eat, it was too salty. The deep fried soft shell crab is fried with salt grains, as are the prawns. I completely peel off the skin and soak it. The lobster tail is also soaked in water and then dipped in butter. First time here and had an amazing experience. Kim was top notch. She was all over the place making sure everyone was taken care of and had amazing recommendations and ideas of putting a great meal together. They work so well as a team and create such a loving and carefree environment. It also speaks volumes in the quality and loyalty of their customers and food when you have people willing to wait 45 minutes for their crabs. I love how local and fresh everything was and I love the entire ambiance of L.P Steamers and highly recommend.
My boyfriend and I stopped by here for lunch (December 2021) before we visited National Aquarium. It was my first time and everything was so delicious. I didn't know crab could have so much juicy meats until I tried these crabs. I am definitely coming back here again when we visit Maryland in the future. This meal was definitely memorable and a highlight of our trip. We got fried sampler (crab cake, oyster, scallops, shrimp, clam strips fish), a bowl of Maryland crab soup, and 3 jumbo hot steamed crabs with old bay seasoning.

This place is fairly small. Only about 7 tables on the inside. This is definitely a happening place so be prepared for a small wait. Street parking is available. The food is great here. The service is good. We really enjoyed the stuffed soft shell! Highly recommend it. The steamed crabs were meaty and delicious. If you're in the mood for steamed or raw seafood, this is the place.
This was my 1st time here. I'm from Maryland, I love shellfish and all types of seafood. In my opinion, they have mediocre service and tight seating but it's not the worst place to get really good seafood. Our crabs came out hot, juicy and fresh. The crab soup was flavorful although it could have used more crab. Delish though I do wish their was a way to cut down on the flys.
The food was so good! Some of the tastiest crab I've ever had! We got one ginormous crab, a caesar salad w/crab cake, and the fried seafood sampler. My date was disappointed that the ginormous crab wasn't so ginormous and had too little crab meat to enjoy. Overall, great place, organized waiting online system, and would recommend to anyone craving seafood!
Ordered and finished 4 Large Crab orders with family. I love how they cooked it with Old Bay Seasoning. When they say it's large, it is really what it is. Definitely going back. Served with wooden mallet and knife. And they let us eat it with our owned cooked rice from home and homemade Filipino Sauces.

Fabulous place for New Year's Day dinner. Wonderful staff and tasty seafood. Steamed crabs, cream of crab soup, crab cake and onion rings all were delicious. I learned how to pick a crab. Fun fun! The entire vibe was relaxed and chill. Will be back.
