its a shame. 1st time we went earlier in the morning on a Sunday, no one else there, great service, good food. so good i wanted to go back. BUT. went on a Saturday at 10 and food was cold, eggs were wrong and it took me 3 times to go up and ask about ablack coffee with flavored creamer. 1st time when i said excuse me to the guy making coffee said nope I thought it was funnyand let it go he said it should be up soon, but never asked my name. 2nd time almost done with the cold biscuits and gravy itdidn 't take long to get the food, but looked like the gravy had been sitting for awhile on the plate, solid and dry and the eggswere supposed to be over easy and they were broken and cooked through...
We love Luci's Marketplace! We have made this a regular stop for breakfast after our running group up the street at Runner's Den on Saturdays. Luci's offers a fun and eclectic variety of items for sale. Food to go, hilarious gifts and beers and wine. It'slike the best of a fun truck stop restaurant but with a modern take. Their breakfast items are always delicious and the staffare friendly. The coffee drinks and smoothies never disappoint. We always find plenty of clean seating and spend time checkingout the always newly arriving items while in the check out line or waiting for the food to arrive. I always ran over the lucy burger and sent a series of friends to try it out. all said it was the best they ever had. Today I was in and a woman behind me talked to a friend about what to get. I shared my experience and said the burger is great and the roll that they use makes it really apart. that changed like theirs today. they went on a holla roll to Brioche...2 completely different texture and taste. I make a burger himself who really rivals this, but if they have something not broken, they fall the ball. it is a great restaurant, good service and good quality everything. I just don't drive from n scottsdale, for an expensive burger. if they had not changed, I would have given 5 stars
Stopped here Sunday morning for an early breakfast before hitting the links. It 's a restaurant..self serve...slash gift store. Limited seating the gift shop takes up alot space). There is also small bar that looks pretty cool. I had the chilaguiles...meh...came in a bowl, was way to much on tortilla chips, chunks of pork which were bland) an a over done fried egg...presentation was not good and overall was dry... Coffee comes in paper cups. It 's a 'cutcy ' place...just not my style.

A personal favorite to meet people for coffee, breakfast or lunch. Easy access to the 51. It has a very warm atmosphere of an old time country store. They have food, drinks,and a selection of items to buy. From cooking books to socks and toys. Service is fast, friendly and with a smile. If you plan to have a meeting here, add 30 minutes just to have time to take in the atmosphere and enjoy the cool environment.
Such a fun place. I love browsing the store while waiting for our food. Super kitschy! The food, loose leaf tea and fresh coffee are all fantastic
Stop by Luci's and I ordered the pumpkin pancakes and a mocha coffee. It was delicious. The lady behind the counter was very nice.
Great atmosphere. Friendly helpful staff. Love the coffee drinks. I have zero negative things to say about Luci's!

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for enjoying a coffee and hand pie or trying some freshly squeezed juice.
Food is not great, neither is coffee. And expensive. Market itself and space looks great.
