As an event planner for a local elementary school program, I was excited to support a locally owned catering company and help build our community. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The quality of food and ingredients was below average, and some unapproved substitutions were made — for example, the homemade marinara pasta side was replaced with rotini tossed in salad dressing. The order also arrived without utensils or extra napkins, which created challenges for serving students. The delivery was late, even after confirming details with the owner’s team the day before, and the descriptions and labeling of the sack lunches were unclear, making distribution difficult. I...
The sandwiches are amazing, crafted with fresh ingredients—from the delicious bread to the generous portions of veggies, meat, and cheese. The flavor pairings are outstanding! They provide gluten-free and vegetarian choices, which is why I chose them for a luncheon of 100 guests. Delivery and setup went perfectly, and everyone loved the food and the cookies. Many guests were already fans of Sacks and said they should come more often. The staff are incredibly friendly, too. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot—10 out of 5 stars!
What can I say. Post Covid everything sucks. Customer Service sucks, Food sucks, HOWEVER! Sacks is 100% perfect. Clean place, best food I have ever had. everything is so damn good. Best you'll ever have. and on top of that the customer service was great! Friendly and patient. I cat rate this place high enough, If you haven't been here you are truly doing a disservice to yourself. EAT HERE! YOU WONT REGRET IT!
Although I’ve lived in the Valley for ten years, I only just discovered Sacks Sandwiches Phoenix—and now I’m obsessed. The Symphony and Hopi sandwiches are incredibly tasty. The potato salad is unforgettable and always stays on my mind when I don’t have it. The cookies are wonderful and genuinely outstanding. I love this place and will definitely be back!

It's uncommon to find a lunch spot that excels at both sandwiches and salads, but this place truly does! The ingredients are fresh and tasty, and the service is excellent. I ordered 20 items for a group of parents from a girls' soccer team, and everything was prepared perfectly and utterly delicious. I highly recommend it!

Excellent sandwiches! Everything tastes so fresh. The people are friendly. Make sure you check the hours they are open. I recommend the symphony.
I had the Art Deco sandwich for lunch along with a lemon bar. There are some great lunch options here if you’re looking to give it a try.
