Lucky Dragon Asian Restaurant

I noticed this restaurant not that long ago. I didn't realize they were located in the Shoppers Drug Mart Plaza on Thorold Rd in Welland. I read some reviews here and decided to give them a try. Won ton soup - Chicken Balls - Fried Rice - Mixed VegtablesI will not eat anywhere else. The food was very fresh, the chicken balls were different, not your standard dry chicken balls. Everything was very good. I have since been back a few more times. They are quick, always ready when I pick it up, no delays. Great service behind the counter. Reasonably priced.

My wife and tried this place as it seemed to have some healthier options than the typical Chinese place. The menu is extensive, the portions are large and the price is decent. We had the chicken pad Thai, beef and broccoli and spring rolls. The pad Thai tasted ok but it wasn't the same as a real Thai place. The beef and broccoli did not have any taste. Maybe it was an off day so we'll try it again in the future.

We get take out from this restaurant every once in a while. Service is always friendly. Food is consistently good though can be somewhat bland. I like to spice things up a bit when we get it home. Combo plates are a good value. There are a couple of tables inside but we always take out. The sweet and sour chicken is better than the huge balls of batter at most places.

This spot is just down the road from my saughters and I have twice stopped on Sundays for a late lunch.It is well priced, a good portion, very clean inside, and just a few tables so you can eat in or take out.Definitely will return again. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I stop in for wonton soup and it is always prepared fairly quickly. The noodles are just the way I like them, which I am going to call al dente even though this isn't Italian food. Plus the soup is piping hot.

We grab food to go from here once every couple of months. The food is very good and the service is always friendly. Would highly recommend on those nights there's no time to put a meal together!

There's something for everyone here. Great dishes, good prices, vegetarian and vegan options and quick service. Finally some decent food options in Welland! Take out recommended. Friendly staff!

I love there coconut chicken. It is so good. kind of small for the price. Lots of variety on the menu. Family owned and operated. Great for takeout. Kind of a small dining room to eat in. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I was grossed out after bone found in my chicken ball...did like the cantanese chow mein though....rest was average....didn't like the chicken fried rice...

Visit relatively frequently. Food is always fresh and fast. No complaints. Decent pricing. Good place for take out.
