This is a fantastic place and worth walking down the passage to get to, Excellent ambience, service and food. The lunch menu provides good value for money at 23 Euros for three courses. The waitress did a great job at translating the menus for us and was efficient throughout our visit. The chefs certainly know what they are doing and can cook and make food on the plate visually appealing. A pity this was one of last meals here in Dijon as we certainly would return. Next year maybe!
We've been on a day trip to Dijon and fell by chance on this nice little restaurant in the heart of Dijon. Good to have the mobile phone and book ahead as the place was "complet" that evening. There aren't many tables which helps to create a cosy atmosphere in the modern decor between old walls setting. The dinner was excellent. Anne had the menu and I choose à la carte. The dishes came well timed, well prepared and very well tuned to our taste buds. Really enjoyable.
Booked here for a small birthday party in January 2016. Was drawn by the small menu, always an indication of home made - something sadly becoming rare in France. When I requested a raspberry birthday cake the chef very politely explained he would be forced to use frozen raspberries as they were out of season so would rather not if I wouldn't mind. Delighted to see a chef taking that much pride in their work. Very reasonably priced, lovely premises and great service.
We had the lunch Entree +dessert as we were not very hungry. My Risotto and Calamary was very very good and my husband loved his Filet de Canette. My dessert of Pannacotta was the best I had in a long time and my husband loved his Choux, framboise ou jardin-verveine. It was a lovely lunch, well done in a beautiful setting and the price was only 19 euro per meal which is so inexpensive considering the quality of the food. Go ther and enjoy!,, Yona. S. Decor is a tasteful mix of modern in a historic core. Service was excellent - friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Fish dishes were perfect, extremely fresh and beautifully presented. Meat dishes were inventive and very tasty too. We didn't manage dessert, but they looked wonderful and the macaroons with coffee were just to die for. Wine selection was also much appreciated. Thanks for a great evening.
The new team have renovated the place in perfect taste.Old Burgundy stones and beams with a touch of modern style.Tables allow privacy,it means you need to book well ahead.The 35 euro lunch was delicious.The foie gars in red wine was perfect,and so was the lovely and fresh Paris Brest dessert.There is a cheaper menu for lunch.No doubt,we will go again and again.
Our landlady at Le Petit Tertre (Yuka) recommended it, and we were so glad we took her advice. Everything was superb. We very much enjoyed the wine and the three courses we were served. Our server was very helpful. I would love to revisit.
I'm not sure why this restaurant has not been recognized by Michelin. The chef turns out elegant meals at a reasonable price. While it;s a little of the tourist path, it is a short walk from centre de ville and is worth a visit. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I had the 3-course prix fixe lunch. Everything about the taste, presentation, and service was far above expectation for the modest price.
