Haven't actually eaten here before but I have a very similar phone number to their store phone number. I get several calls a day from customers trying to order food. I even get Zelle payments that are actually meant for the restaurant and so I send them back. They make me handle refunding their own customers who've sent me money and of course I want to give people their hard-earned money back but I simply don't want to be bothered. I've called them twice now saying that their customers are being misdirected to me. They just told me that people are confusing the numbers and don't do anything. They lady who helped me is friendly and nice. I wanted to buy the pre- made leek pie on the tray, she asked if i can wait for 5 minutes to get a new and hot batch. The service and atmosphere were okay, but the food was not it. I ordered a stewed beef soup and the beef was chewy and fatty and the soup tasted like there was hydrogen peroxide mixed in. I normally finish my dish but I could only take a few bites. Also be warned if you can't handle spicy, MAKE SURE YOU SPECIFY. It was not a great experience and I was hungry too, which is a bummer. Wouldn't recommend.

Love this place, have been coming for years even though we don't even live in CA. Best SJB (sheng jian bao) in LA. Have yet to find a better version. Rivals the ones in Shanghai. Must must get. They also have a lot of Shanghaiese dishes/snacks that's hard to find in other restaurants.
Great place to grab some food to go. Efficient service and the food was good. Loved the buns and beef pies. My favorite was green onion pancake. Soft and flavorful.
They're service fast and the food is delicious, important is freshly , right price, high recommended ? Parking: A lot of space for parking in the back.
